Welcome to TravelStack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TravelStack's website and software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"), provided by SMe Consulting Services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Non-Refundable: Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Service Availability and Support

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and updates which may temporarily affect service availability. Support is provided according to your subscription tier.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of SMe Consulting Services.
• Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the system. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. SMe Consulting Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMe Consulting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
