1. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting our support team.

Cancellation requests must be submitted from the registered email ID / account used for purchase.

2. No Refund for Past / Active Services

Once a service has started, been activated, or its effective date is less than the current date, no refund will be provided.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Services already delivered or activated
  • Subscriptions already started
  • Any partially used service duration
  • Services where access has already been granted

3. Refunds for Future / Unused Services

If a customer has paid for a future service and the service has not been used / activated, we may consider a refund request.

Refunds (if approved) may be:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • No refund

Approval depends on factors such as:

  • The type of service purchased
  • Time remaining before the service start date
  • Whether any setup, onboarding, or customization work has already been done
  • Payment gateway charges / administrative costs
  • Any special discounts applied at the time of purchase

4. Refund Request Process

To request a cancellation or refund, customers must share the following details:

  • Registered name / business name
  • Email and phone number
  • Invoice / payment reference number
  • Service name / plan details
  • Reason for cancellation/refund

Requests will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, typically within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Service effective date is already past (less than current date)
  • Service is already used / activated / delivered
  • Customer changed their mind after activation
  • Delay caused due to incorrect customer details
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform
