At TravelStack, we provide digital services / software-based solutions. Since there are no physical products, shipping is not applicable.

1. Service Delivery

All services purchased on TravelStack are delivered digitally and are typically activated or made available instantly after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may include one or more of the following:

  • Account activation or access to the platform
  • Subscription plan activation
  • Access to premium features/modules
  • Delivery of login credentials via email (if applicable)
  • Setup confirmation / onboarding assistance (if included)

2. Delivery Time

In most cases, service access is provided immediately after payment.

However, in rare situations, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment verification delays
  • Technical issues
  • System maintenance
  • Incorrect customer details (email/phone)

If activation is delayed, it is usually resolved within 24 hours.

3. No Physical Shipping

TravelStack does not ship any physical items such as goods, parcels, or hardware.

Therefore:

  • No courier services are used
  • No tracking number is generated
  • No shipping charges apply

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to ensure:

  • Correct email address and phone number are entered during checkout
  • Payment is completed successfully
  • They check spam/junk folders for system emails (if any)
