The My Account section is the administrative hub of your CRM. Here you can manage your personal profile, configure your agency's business settings, and handle your subscription.
From the main menu, open My Account. The page shows up to three cards (for Primary Agents; sub-agents see only Profile & Security):
Links: Edit Personal Details (name and phone), Change Account Password. Use these to manage your login identity and security.
Links: Update Agency Details (opens Business Profile), Manage Team Members (User Management), Support & Helpdesk. Shown only to Primary Agents.
Shows a short summary: Current Plan (e.g. X Users Plan or Free Plan), Valid From / Valid To, Status. Links: View Subscription Details, Payment History. Shown only to Primary Agents.
Your personal dashboard for managing login credentials and contact details.
Click Edit Personal Details from My Account. The page title is Edit Personal Details with a single card Profile Information.
Click Update Profile to save. Success or validation errors appear at the top of the form.
Click Change Account Password from My Account. The page title is Security Settings with a card Change Password.
Click Update Password to apply. Success or error messages appear above the form.
Security Logs: Review of recent login activity is planned for a future release.
This section controls how your agency appears on Quotes and Invoices. Open it via Update Agency Details from My Account (Primary Agents only). The Business Profile page shows all settings in cards; each card has an Edit button to change that section.
Displays: Agency Name, Business Email, Business Phone, Office Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, GST Number, PAN Number, Website. Click Edit to open the edit form.
Displays: Bank Name, Account Number, Name on Bank, Branch, IFSC. These are printed on PDF Invoices so clients know where to send payments. Click Edit to open the bank edit form.
Two cards: Quote Terms and Invoice Terms. Each shows the default legal text used when creating new quotes or invoices. Each has an Edit link to update that text. Max 2,000 characters per terms field.
From Business Profile, click Edit on the Business Information card. Page title: Edit Business Information. All fields are in one card.
Click Update Business Information to save, or Cancel to return to Business Profile.
From Business Profile, click Edit on the Bank Details card. Page title: Edit Bank Details.
Click Update Bank Details to save, or Cancel to return to Business Profile.
From Business Profile, click Edit on the Quote Terms or Invoice Terms card. Pages: Edit Quote Terms / Edit Invoice Terms. Each has a single Terms & Conditions text area (default terms for new quotes or invoices). Max 2,000 characters. Buttons: Update Quote Terms or Update Invoice Terms, and Cancel.
Manage your TravelStack CRM plan and payments. Available to Primary Agents only.
On the My Account page, the Subscription & Billing card shows: Current Plan (e.g. X Users Plan or Free Plan), Valid From, Valid To, Status (e.g. Active). Links: View Subscription Details, Payment History.
Click View Subscription Details to open the Subscription Management page. You can view your plan, add users, renew, and (from My Account) open Payment History.
