My Account & Agency Settings

The My Account section is the administrative hub of your CRM. Here you can manage your personal profile, configure your agency's business settings, and handle your subscription.

1. My Account Hub

From the main menu, open My Account. The page shows up to three cards (for Primary Agents; sub-agents see only Profile & Security):

Profile & Security

Links: Edit Personal Details (name and phone), Change Account Password. Use these to manage your login identity and security.

Agency Settings

Links: Update Agency Details (opens Business Profile), Manage Team Members (User Management), Support & Helpdesk. Shown only to Primary Agents.

Subscription & Billing

Shows a short summary: Current Plan (e.g. X Users Plan or Free Plan), Valid From / Valid To, Status. Links: View Subscription Details, Payment History. Shown only to Primary Agents.

2. Personal Profile

Your personal dashboard for managing login credentials and contact details.

2.1 Edit Personal Details

Click Edit Personal Details from My Account. The page title is Edit Personal Details with a single card Profile Information.

Fields:

  • Full Name (required): Your display name. Max 50 characters.
  • Email Address (Read-only): Your login email; it cannot be changed here. Contact administrator to change email.
  • Phone Number (optional): Digits only; may start with + or 00. Max 20 characters (e.g. +91 9876543210).

Click Update Profile to save. Success or validation errors appear at the top of the form.

2.2 Change Password

Click Change Account Password from My Account. The page title is Security Settings with a card Change Password.

Fields:

  • Current Password (required): Your existing password. Max 20 characters.
  • New Password (required): 8–20 characters. Must be different from the current password.
  • Confirm New Password (required): Must match the New Password.

Click Update Password to apply. Success or error messages appear above the form.

Security Logs: Review of recent login activity is planned for a future release.

3. Business Profile

This section controls how your agency appears on Quotes and Invoices. Open it via Update Agency Details from My Account (Primary Agents only). The Business Profile page shows all settings in cards; each card has an Edit button to change that section.

3.1 Sections on the Business Profile Page

Business Information

Displays: Agency Name, Business Email, Business Phone, Office Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, GST Number, PAN Number, Website. Click Edit to open the edit form.

Bank Details

Displays: Bank Name, Account Number, Name on Bank, Branch, IFSC. These are printed on PDF Invoices so clients know where to send payments. Click Edit to open the bank edit form.

Quote Terms & Invoice Terms

Two cards: Quote Terms and Invoice Terms. Each shows the default legal text used when creating new quotes or invoices. Each has an Edit link to update that text. Max 2,000 characters per terms field.

3.2 Editing Agency Information

From Business Profile, click Edit on the Business Information card. Page title: Edit Business Information. All fields are in one card.

Fields:

  • Agency Name (required): Max 100 characters.
  • Business Email (required): Max 50.
  • Business Phone (required): Digits only; may start with + or 00. Max 20.
  • Office Address (required): Max 300.
  • City, State (required): Max 50 each.
  • Country (required): Max 50 (default India).
  • Zip Code (required): Max 8.
  • GST Number (optional): e.g. 07AAAAA0000A1Z5. Max 15. Uppercase.
  • PAN Number (optional): e.g. ABCDE1234F. Max 10. Uppercase.
  • Website (optional): e.g. https://…. Max 50.

Click Update Business Information to save, or Cancel to return to Business Profile.

3.3 Editing Bank Details

From Business Profile, click Edit on the Bank Details card. Page title: Edit Bank Details.

Fields:

  • Bank Name (optional): e.g. HDFC Bank. Max 100.
  • Account Number (optional): Max 20.
  • Name on Bank (optional): Account holder name. Max 100.
  • Branch (optional): Max 50.
  • IFSC (optional): e.g. HDFC0001234. Max 11. Uppercase.

Click Update Bank Details to save, or Cancel to return to Business Profile.

3.4 Editing Quote Terms & Invoice Terms

From Business Profile, click Edit on the Quote Terms or Invoice Terms card. Pages: Edit Quote Terms / Edit Invoice Terms. Each has a single Terms & Conditions text area (default terms for new quotes or invoices). Max 2,000 characters. Buttons: Update Quote Terms or Update Invoice Terms, and Cancel.

4. Subscription & Billing

Manage your TravelStack CRM plan and payments. Available to Primary Agents only.

4.1 My Account Subscription Summary

On the My Account page, the Subscription & Billing card shows: Current Plan (e.g. X Users Plan or Free Plan), Valid From, Valid To, Status (e.g. Active). Links: View Subscription Details, Payment History.

4.2 Subscription Management Page

Click View Subscription Details to open the Subscription Management page. You can view your plan, add users, renew, and (from My Account) open Payment History.

On the Subscription Management page:
  • Current Plan: Shows your active plan (e.g. X User(s) Plan), status badge, Start Date, Expiry Date, Days Remaining. For Free Plan, a short description is shown.
  • Add more users / Renew: Buttons to add users to the current plan or renew the subscription. Completing the flow may take you to a purchase or payment step.
  • Payment History: From My Account, use Payment History to view or download receipts for subscription payments.
  • Upgrade/Renew: Purchase additional seats or extend plan validity via the subscription management flow.
